Once your information is collected  and examinations are performed, Dr.  Henriksen will give you a detailed report of findings that will answer your questions including:

1. Can you help me?
2. How long will it take?
   
3. How often will I need to come in?
4. What  are my payment options?

Dr. Henriksen will discuss a recommended care plan with you and notify you if you  require care with any other providers.
